A PEDESTRIAN was struck in a hit and run incident in Springvale South over the weekend, and police are appealing for witnesses.
The man in his twenties was crossing Springvale Road near Dangerfield Drive when he was struck by a south bound car around 9.20pm on Sunday 24 January.
He is suffering life-threatening injuries in hospital, and the car, believed to be black in colour, continued south after the incident.
Major Collision Investigation Unit detectives are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
