A Springvale event will inspire people of all abilities to get active.
The free All Abilities Fun Day will take place at Edinburgh Reserve from 10am to 2pm on Tuesday 26 July.
The sporting event presented by the City of Greater Dandenong and the Sandown Cobras, Greater Dandenong Mayor Heang Tak said offered attendees the chance to try sports of all sorts.
Football, lawn bowls, soccer and more will be on show, as will local sporting clubs and associations.
“Information will also be available on the day as to how people can get involved with sport through local clubs,” Cr Tak said.
“Participating in sport is not only a great way to keep fit and healthy, but it also enables feel people to feel more engaged with their community.”
