On the run

Police are searching for a man who might be armed following a Dandenong North shooting.
They have arrested and are interviewing three other people – a 31-year-old man, a 44-year-old man and a woman – over the Tuesday 7 March incident.
Officers tried to intercept a vehicle on Stud Road about 9am but alleged that the driver did not stop.
They approached an address that the car had been seen at and two men ran from the property.
Police followed on foot towards a block of units, when a firearm was allegedly discharged in their direction. No-one was injured.
Officers cordoned off the area and a number of other police units, including the Critical Incident Response Team (CIRT) and the Dog Squad, attended.
Police subsequently arrested the trio. Two other women who were at the property are assisting with inquiries.
Police are still searching for one man. It is not known if the man is armed or was in the vehicle that police tried to intercept.
Call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 with any information.
