Robots need to find a route to Denmark

Dandenong North students need help to show off their Lego robot designs in Denmark.
Nine children from Wooranna Park Primary School competed in the Australian First Lego League Championships in December.
Principal Ray Trotter said the team – known as Roborannas – was in front after round two of the three-round competition.
“We got pipped at the last round,” he said.
Judges invited the team to compete in the European Championships in Aarhus, Denmark, in May against more than 1000 students from 40 countries.
The school has set up an online donation page in the hope of raising more than $21,000 to fund registration, airfares, travel insurance and accommodation.
“The students are thrilled by their success and have inspired other students within the school and wider community that when passion and hard work come together, dreams really can come true,” a message on the page said.
“Without this money our Roborannas could miss this incredible opportunity.
“Time is running out.
“Please give generously to send our incredible children to Denmark and inspire children to follow in their footsteps.”
