Tan on theft charges

Thay Tan has failed to face court on theft and drugs charges.
Police are appealing for public help to find the 37-year-old who is known to frequent Springvale, Sunshine, Bundoora and Footscray.
Warrants have been issued for his arrest. He also goes by the name Martin Tan.
Police released an image in the hope someone recognises him and knows his current whereabouts.
