Hyatt plans to open a 200-key hotel in the heart of Springvale.
The international chain said PE Capital would develop the hotel at Springvale and Dandenong roads and it was expected to open in 2020.
Hyatt’s Asia Pacific group president David Udell said this would be the tenth Hyatt-branded hotel in Australia.
The development will include retail stores and other facilities.
PE Capital’s Martyn Barnes said the complex would offer unique business and leisure experience for local and international guests.
