A male wearing a long coat and thongs was seen running from a suspicious fire at a home’s front garden at Springvale Road, Springvale.
A passing-by concrete-truck driver used his truck’s hose to extinguish the fire that had spread into a bush about 6.30pm on 6 August.
A male described as Asian in appearance, 25-30 years old and about 160 centimetres fled from the scene.
