Highway Patrol members detected a Suzuki TL1000 motorcycle travelling at 123km/h in the 80km/h zone of Princes Highway in Springvale on Saturday February 2.
The 44 year old driver from Springvale was issued a penalty notice of $685.
His licence has been suspended for six months.
