Angelo Tucci is the oldest living man to ever be a member of the Dandenong North Senior Citizens Centre’s Italo-Spanish club.

Surrounded by family and friends at the club, Mr Tucci celebrated his 100th birthday on Thursday with pizza, Italian cake, champagne and plenty of dancing.

Italo-Spanish Club president and co-ordinator Rachel Pequeno described Mr Tucci as a valued member of the club that is friendly to everybody.

“He still drives in from Endeavour Hills each Wednesday. He loves to play Italian cards with another four men,” she said.

“He is a lovely man with a lovely family and his memory – it’s unbelievable.

The club presented Mr Tucci with a medal for his milestone before they danced the afternoon away to Italian and Spanish music.
