Three … groups to walk with.

1. The Parkmore Community Walk runs 7.30am to 8.30am each Tuesday inside the Keysborough shopping centre. The free program includes warm-up and cool-down exercises led by a qualified instructor. Call 9798 9494 to register.

2. The Ramblers Community Walk meets at the Noble Park Community Centre each Tuesday for a stroll around the local area from 9am to 11am. Excursions are organised for the last Tuesday of the month. It costs $5 per year and about $15 per bus trip. Call Nina on 9547 5801 to get involved.

3. The Redlegs Walking Group meets at Dandenong Oasis Leisure Centre at 10am on Thursdays. The free weekly walk is suitable for all abilities. Call Peter on 0407 848 181 for more information.
