A 25-year-old female student with Down syndrome is alleged to have been sexually assaulted by a male student in disabled toilets at Chisholm Institute of TAFE’s Dandenong campus.
The assault reportedly occurred at the Stud Road campus’s J Block between noon and 1pm on September 12.
