Get in quick for financial top-up

TIME is running out for Greater Dandenong businesses to access a financial boost.
The City of Greater Dandenong’s Economic Development Unit has a new Business Grants Package which features grants of up to $8000 and a marketing package valued at up to $2000 across three categories.
Applications close on 28 January and are open to small businesses in or relocating to the municipality.
Business growth grants will help existing, innovative small business grow from a home base to establish in commercial premises.
Start-up grants are designed to help establish new and innovative small business that will increase diversity in the city’s business community.
Relocation grants promote investment into Greater Dandenong to add to the range of business.
The Business Grants Package is designed to strengthen existing businesses and attract new investment to build greater resilience into the local economy.
Recent revitalisation in central Dandenong provides an opportunity for new businesses to join the activity within the centre and take advantage of increased numbers of the growing workforce.
Clusters of cultural-based businesses within the retail centres in Greater Dandenong provide opportunities to attract visitors and the municipality’s industrial areas support supply chains.
