CCTV taps into credit card thief

A THIEF is wanted for using a stolen credit card in Springvale and other areas to buy cigarettes, a skateboard, gift cards and alcohol.
The purchases of nearly $400 occurred in six stores in Frankston, Springvale and Mulgrave between 12.30-3pm on 13 October.
Each of the purchases were under $100, enabling the thief to exploit tap-and-go technology.
CCTV stills of a wanted man have been released by Frankston CIU detectives.
He is described as late 40s, Caucasian, wearing a black beanie, glasses, a black jumper, blue jeans and sneakers.
