Carnival of Puppets

MISS Muffet, Beauty and the Beast and much more are on their way to Greater Dandenong this school holidays – in puppet form.
Dandenong and Springvale libraries will host the free Carnival of Puppets program, which will include tales of the Big Bad Wolf’s nephew, a traditional Japanese folktale, an Australian animal adventure and a glowing dreamer.
Greater Dandenong mayor Angela Long said the program was for children aged five and over and would help them develop and nurture their creative skills and make new friends.
The Carnival of Puppets is on at Dandenong Library, Stuart Street, Dandenong, and Springvale Library, 411 Springvale Road, Springvale, from 2 to12 July and bookings are not required.
For more information call 1300 630 920 or visit www.greaterdandenonglibraries.com.
