Armed hold-ups

GREATER Dandenong police are appealing for information about two armed robberies.
CIU Detective Sergeant Ben Matlock said the Embona Taskforce was investigating a raid that occurred at a shop on Princes Highway, Springvale, about 11.30am on 17 January.
He said a man produced a weapon, demanded cash from staff and fled with a small amount of money.
Sgt Matlock urged anyone who saw the Caucasian man flee the TattsLotto outlet to come forward.
An adolescent was the victim of an armed robbery on Gladstone Road in Dandenong North about 10.30pm on 15 January.
The victim told police that a group of men approached him, made demands and sprayed him with pepper spray.
Sgt Matlock said they took his possessions and fled the area.
