Axe raid on home

THIEVES armed with metal bars and an axe stormed a Keysborough home as three people slept.
Greater Dandenong CIU Detective Senior Constable Tony Lavars said one woman and two men forced their way into the Serpentine Road address about 6am on 3 April.
They woke the three men asleep inside and demanded cash and keys to a white 1992 Toyota Camry.
The victims complied and the thieves fled in the car.
Sen Const Lavars said it appeared the parties knew each other.
He urged anyone with information about the incident to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
