A Dog Squad officer arrested the 21-year-old in an allegedly stolen car in Noble Park about 1.40am on Thursday 26 November.

Police allege the car was then used during an armed robbery in which thieves stole a Ford XR6 in Bartlett Street about 2.40am on 6 November.
Three days later the car was involved in a collision in Mordialloc that killed a 47-year-old Carrum Downs woman, police said.
Police on Tuesday 24 November arrested a 17-year-old boy in Keysborough in relation to the armed robbery.
He was remanded to appear in a children’s court at a later date.
