A $3 million upgrade will soon start at Dandenong High School.
Dandenong MP Gabrielle Williams announced that HLC Constructions was awarded the construction contract and work was now due to get underway.
The project will complete stage four works at the school, including refurbishing the library and senior study spaces.
“The Dandenong community will finally have the modern facilities they deserve to better meet the needs of students and teachers,” Ms Williams said.
Education Minister James Merlino said: “A high-quality education system must be matched by high-quality learning environments where students are engaged, stimulated and encouraged to be creative thinkers.”
