Flashmob an old trick

The flash mob in action.

The Waverley Gardens Shopping Centre hosted a flash mob that surprised shoppers in more ways than one.
Twenty-two retirees from Weary Dunlop Retirement Village in Wheelers Hill sprang into action at the Mulgrave shopping centre on Thursday 12 October.
They performed a 10-minute choreographed routine to Justin Timberlake’s Can’t Stop the Feeling.
The group had a combined age of 1775 and an average age of 80.
They also mobbed the Brandon Park and Wellington Village shops on the same morning to celebrate Aged Care Week.
Their purpose was to promote that people are never too old to have fun.
