Police have charged a man following an armed robbery in Noble Park.
They alleged that the man was armed with a box cutter when he approached a business counter on Leonard Avenue about 8.50am on Tuesday 13 March, grabbed a female store attendant and demanded cash from the till.
Police said the man fled on foot with cash and the victim was uninjured.
They arrested a 34-year-old man in Noble Park on Wednesday 14 March and charged him with armed robbery, threatening to inflict serious injury, assault, possessing a controlled weapon and theft.
The man, of no fixed address, was remanded to appear at the County Court on 7 June.
