Dandenong South crash kills motorbike rider

A MAN in his 20s was killed when his motorbike collided with a truck in Dandenong South this morning. 

The motorcyclist was travelling east on the Princes Freeway at about 4am when his bike collided with the truck coming off the south-bound exit of the Monash Freeway.

The truck driver was not injured and is helping police with their investigation.

The Princes Freeway was closed in both directions, with diversions in place at the South Gippsland Highway.
