Man’s indecency charge

A 51-YEAR-OLD Dandenong man was arrested on Thursday 23 April and has been charged following an alleged indecent act around children on Friday 10 April.
Knox detectives have charged Abdul Jasarzada, who was remanded in custody and will face the Ringwood Magistrates’ Court on Monday 27 April.
Police allege Mr Jasarzada was seen rubbing his pants in the genital region as he watched children play at the Knox City Shopping Centre playground.
