Police have charged a Springvale man over a fatal car crash in Clarinda.
The 37-year-old will answer dangerous driving causing death charges over the single-vehicle incident on Davanzo Avenue, about 10.45pm on Friday 17 February.
Police believe a Ford sedan was travelling west when it left the road and struck a pole on the north side of the road.
The passenger, a 40-year-old Clarinda man, died at the scene.
The driver was bailed to appear in Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday 21 February.
