TALENTED tots, teens and adults can strut their stuff on stage when the Lions Club of Noble Park/Keysborough presents Burden Park’s Got Talent.
The talent quest at the Lions Club Summer Festival has been organised in response to community feedback that participation and appreciation of talent was important.
There are categories for talented performers aged under 11 years, 12 to 17 years, and 18 years and over.
There’ll be a professional sound and lighting crew, a stage MC, cash prizes in each category, a judging panel and live audience participation.
“The talent quest is a community celebration, a great opportunity for people of all ages to share their gifts with the community, and for the community to come together for a great night of free entertainment,” organiser Carmel Nigro said.
Auditions are by appointment only and will be held on Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 February in the hall at Athol Road Primary School, 159-167 Athol Road, Springvale South.
There’s a $10 audition fee. Call Carmel on 0421 086 510 to register or to sponsor the main event, which will be held from Friday 15 to Sunday 17 February on the main stage at Burden Park, corner Heatherton and Springvale roads, Springvale South.
