An international-standard running track, upgraded jumps and throwing events areas, and floodlight towers will be officially opened at a Springvale Little Athletics Club meet on Friday night.
Since the arena’s $500,000 upgrade, the club has since enjoyed a boost in members competing and training under lights on Fridays. The opening is at Ross Reserve at 5.30pm.
