By CASEY NEILL

SPRINGVALE SES volunteers this afternoon joined the search for a missing man last seen in Dandenong South.
Homicide Squad Missing Persons Unit detectives said Melbourne delivery van driver Shiva Chauhan, 27, started his route on Thursday 1 May.
He was seen at a bakery on South Park Road, Dandenong South, about 12.30am on Friday but did not completed his deliveries.
His van was found in Hutton Road, Keysborough, at 3pm Friday, and investigators have been told the van was seen at the location about 5.40am that day.
SES volunteers conducted a line search near the scene this afternoon (Thursday), looking for anything that might provide information about what happened to Mr Chauhan.
Detectives are concerned for his welfare and are treating his disappearance as suspicious.
He’s described as Indian and about 177 centimetres tall with a slim build and dark-coloured straight hair.
Police urged anyone with information about Mr Chauhan’s whereabouts or who saw his delivery van in the Dandenong and Keysborough areas on Friday morning to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
