Excavator torched

ARSONISTS have caused $50,000 damage to an excavator in Dandenong South.
Greater Dandenong CIU Detective Senior Constable Mark Higgins said they set the vehicle alight at the rear of a bin hire premises on Ordish Road about 5pm on 7 February.
Dandenong Fire Brigade attended and extinguished the fire.
Sen Const Higgins urged anyone with information about the fire to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
