Appeal for shooting help

By Casey Neill

Police are appealing for public help following a fatal shooting in Keysborough.
Homicide Squad detectives believe a dark-coloured four-wheel drive or similar type of vehicle was seen leaving the scene in Church Road, and urged anyone with information to come forward.
They said six men aged in their twenties were in a garage at a home on the street about 9.55pm on Tuesday 2 May.
They believe one man was leaving via a laneway when several shots were fired at the premises.
A 22-year-old Keysborough man was shot in the chest and died at the scene.
A Keysborough man, 23, received a gunshot wound to the arm and a 22-year-old, also from Keysborough, received a gunshot wound to the leg.
They were both taken to hospital in a stable condition.
Police want to speak to anyone who might have seen any suspicious vehicles or suspicious activity in the area.
Call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or submit a confidential report at www.crimestoppersvic.com.au.
