Charges after Boronia siege

Noble Park and Dandenong residents were involved in a siege in Boronia.
Police charged a number of people following the incident in Boronia Street about 5am on Wednesday 2 August.
Officers attended the address following an alleged assault where a firearm was produced.
They charged a 20-year-old Noble Park man with robbery over separate incidents and he will attend Dandenong Magistrates’ Court at a later date.
A 16-year-old Noble Park boy had a number of warrants executed.
A 25-year-old Dandenong man was assisting police with their inquiries.
Police released a 25-year-old Hampton Park man pending further inquiries.
They charged a 29-year-old woman from Hampton East with assault, criminal damage, assault with a weapon and intentionally cause injury.
She was bailed to appear at Ringwood Magistrates’ Court on 25 January.
They charged a 31-year-old Boronia woman with possessing a drug of dependence and she was also bailed to Ringwood on 25 January.
The investigation into the incident continues.
