A closed outbound lane on the Monash Freeway is causing traffic delays around Dandenong North.
A vehicle has broken down in the right lane near Stud Road.
VicRoads reports that crews are on-site and working to clear the scene.
Delays are building and pushing back to before Wellington Road.
