Assault man sought

POLICE are seeking help in solving an indecent assault on a 13-year-old girl last week.
At 4pm on 21 October the girl was walking through the Springvale railway station underpass, about one kilometre north of the station, when she was grabbed from behind and indecently assaulted by an unknown male.
The male is described as Asian, aged 15 to 17, of medium build and wearing a school uniform. Police said they were not sure which school he was from.
Police said the girl struggled to get away, which may have resulted in the offender having scratches on his neck and abrasions on his ear.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Senior Constable Simon Ellis at Greater Dandenong CIU on 9767 7444.
