THE Bomb Squad is on site at Athol Road Primary School in Springvale South to detonate an unexploded, home-made bomb.
The school was evacuated about 1.40pm today (Monday) when the device was located alongside another that had exploded.
Detective Sergeant Dean Hayes told Star police did not yet know when the bombs were placed in the schoolyard.
