A KEYSBOROUGH man was caught driving, while suspended, in Carrum Downs on 20 June – not once, but twice.
Frankston Highway Patrol officers saw a vehicle being driven erratically in Thompson Road about 6.45pm and intercepted it near the sewerage treatment plant.
They found the 35-year-old driver’s licence was suspended and told him he’d have to wait for someone to collect him and the car.
The officers remained nearby and a short time later watched the man perform a u-turn and drive off.
They intercepted him on Worsley Road and will charge him on summons with two counts of driving while suspended. His vehicle will be subject to an order to surrender at a later date.
