Heartless thieves steal wheelchair

THIEVES stole a wheelchair and football memorabilia from a disabled Dandenong man’s home last month.
Police believe the thieves smashed a lounge room window to enter the Langhorne Street house between Wednesday 6 November and Monday 11 November.
The victim, 45, was in Epworth hospital completing rehabilitation.
They searched through each room and left with a red wheel chair, a North Melbourne framed jumper, World War I medals and a Panasonic television.
Greater Dandenong CIU detectives are investigating and urged any witnesses to come forward.
Call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
