VANDALS set playground equipment alight at a Dandenong North primary school.
Police are appealing for information about the incident, which occurred about 4.25pm on 16 March.
Detective Senior Constable Simon Ellis said someone lit a wooden covering on top of a tyre at the rear grounds of Wooranna Park Primary School in Carlton Road.
Dandenong CFA extinguished the fire.
