A THIEF armed with a fence paling has robbed a teen in Buckley Street, Noble Park.
Police allege he picked up the paling in the street and was seen banging fences with it shortly before the robbery, about 10am on 15 May.
He then approached a 19-year-old Noble Park man outside Noble Park Primary School and took his mobile phone.
A witness intervened and chased the thief, who was last seen running through Copas Park toward the train station.
He’s described as 18 to 20 years old, about 172 centimetres tall and of Mauri appearance with a thin build and collar-length curly dark hair with blonde streaks underneath.
He was wearing a dark blue hoodie and shorts.
