Two charged for trafficking ice

TWO men have been charged with trafficking crystal methamphetamine after police raided a Dandenong motel room on 3 July.
Greater Dandenong drug tasking unit police allegedly found three men with five grams of the drug – better known as ‘ice’ – in the Princes Highway motel room about 8.50am.
Detective Senior Constable Adam Dixon of Greater Dandenong CIU said more than three grams of ice was defined as a trafficable amount.
During the raid, police also allegedly discovered stolen property including a computer tablet, a laptop and Nike hoodies.
Drug “paraphernalia” such as mobile phones with messages relating to drug trafficking, a ‘tick book’ of customer debts and deal bags were also allegedly found.
The Pakenham men, aged 24 and 25, were bailed to appear at Dandenong Magistrates’ Court on 6 November, facing trafficking and proceeds-of-crime charges. A 22-year-old Noble Park man was remanded in custody on drug possession and proceeds-of-crime charges.
