A GROUP of teens are suspected of lighting a grass fire in Dandenong South.
Greater Dandenong CIU Detective Senior Constable Tony Lavars said fire crews were called to the Dandenong Creek Trail near Stephen Street just after 3pm on 30 March.
He said about eight to 10 youths in their mid to late teens were seen in the area just before the fire started.
Dandenong CFA attended and extinguished the blaze.
