The old and the new met in a packed program at the Dandenong Show on 10-11 November.
Harking back to the show’s 147-year traditions were the traditional animal, arts, crafts and food competitions, along with shearing and milking demonstrations.
Then there was the new – the electric bevy of young, local musicians, singers and dancers performing live, as well as Saturday fireworks.
And the expected thrilling rides, showbags and monster trucks.
It was another remarkable organisational feat by the show’s tireless volunteers.
