‘Out of character’ missing man

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Acca Verhoef.

The 73-year-old was last seen in Keysborough and made contact via phone about 10.30am Saturday 26 January.

It is believed he may have been on his way to Lara in his silver Toyota sedan.

Police and family have concerns for his welfare as it is out of character for him not to contact family.

Police have released an image of Acca in the hope that some one may be able to provide information on his whereabouts.

Anyone who sights Acca is urged to contact Werribee Police Station on 9742 9444.
