A 19-year-old Dandenong man has been charged with murder in relation to a shooting of a man in Springvale on Sunday 10 March.
Paguir Pan had been arrested at a property at Dandenong the following morning.
He did not appear in the dock during a hearing at Melbourne Magistrates’ Court.
He remained in remand custody to appear at the court on Wednesday 13 March.
A victim was shot outside premises at 196 Springvale Road about 11.50pm, according to police.
He died at the scene.
Police have confirmed the shooting isn’t related to other recent fatal shootings in Kensington, Meadow Heights and Dandenong.
Investigators are reviewing CCTV footage, and are appealing for witnesses.
