Outstanding warrants lead to court

Police have arrested a man wanted on nine outstanding arrest warrants in Dandenong North.
Investigators from the fugitive team of the Dandenong Divisional Response Unit arrested the 37-year-old about 12.25pm on Thursday 30 March.
He man faced multiple charges at the Dandenong Magistrates’ Court later that afternoon.
“We have dedicated units now targeting people with outstanding warrants of arrest,” Inspector Mike Daly said.
“I urge all people who have warrants outstanding for their arrests to make contact with their local police to take care of them before we catch up with them.”
He thanked members of the public for their assistance.
