ONE Clause in Magna Carta speaks of free trade for the City of London. There shall be no limits to trade.
There shall be no TAXES on the city. Or any other city in England. We are part of the Empire; does that apply to us as well?
Some people will know that the City of London is a tax haven.
Boris Johnson is the Mayor of London. Not its Lord Mayor. The City is a special case. No taxation without representation!
