Keysborough Fire Brigade open day
CFA volunteers will be on hand for station and truck tours to show prospective members the ropes. There’ll be fire-fighting demonstrations, a sausage sizzle, refreshments and kids’ activities.

Yolanda Matlakowski exhibition
Local artist Yolanda Matlakowski presents a series of recent print works. Her work is fantastical with dark undertones.

Ron Rado Memorial Acquisitive Art Prize
Ron Rado established a highly-successful road construction and maintenance business, Standard Roads, and in his later years developed a passion for the visual arts.
This annual art prize features works by students from Chisholm Institute.

Me and My Dad – magnets
Children aged seven to 11 years and a parent or carer will explore the mysterious world of magnets at this free session.

Festival of Lights
This event celebrates Chinese culture through 32 silk lanterns, some 20 metres wide and eight metres high. Windmills, dinosaurs, flowers, insects, animals and more will feature. There will also be roving performers and a dumpling bar.

Coffee for a steel
Grab a free coffee from a 1960s themed van to celebrate Colorbond steel’s 50th anniversary.
There’ll also be music, prizes and activities to salute Colorbond’s contribution to roofs to fences, sheds, garages, public buildings and art around the country.
