Police release images of fast-food bandit

Police hope new CCTV images will help them catch an armed burger bandit.
A man entered the Hungry Jack’s fast food restaurant at Stud Road and Clow Street armed with a baseball bat, about 7pm on Tuesday 6 September.
He jumped the front counter and demanded two staff members open cash registers.
The thief took off on foot with about $300 and was last seen on Clow Street.
He was described as African in appearance, had covered his face and was wearing a grey hooded jumper with the word ‘Detroit’ on the back.
Call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 with any information.
