A million dollars for townhouse

A Keysborough townhouse has fetched almost $1 million at auction.
KR Peters put 25 Patricia Loop under the hammer on Saturday 29 April and sold the new home for $980,000.
KR Peters real estate agencies in Wantirna and Officer worked together to sell four new three-bedroom, architecturally designed townhouses in Keysborough.
The homes were all developed by Monomeath, and each featured unique layouts, special features and open-plan living, which attracted a variety of buyers.
The agencies received great interest during a four-week campaign leading up to the Saturday 22 April auction day, with open for inspections bringing in both investors and owner-occupiers seeking property within Melbourne’s thriving market.
Three of the four townhouses sold that day, with 25 Patricia Loop selling the following weekend.
A spokesperson for the agencies said Keysborough was proving itself to be an in-demand suburb, with property values consistently rising.
