FITNESS fans are encouraged to don a scary outfit and perform ‘pumpkin’ exercise at the first annual Halloween Charity Boot Camp.
The event, held by Bayside and Mornington Peninsula-based Rapid Results Boot Camp, will raise money for the Red Cross to help with the recent Samoan tsunami disaster.
The workout will be set to custom Halloween interval training music soundtracks and will end with a barbecue in the park and lots of fun and games for attendees and children.
The Halloween Boot Camp Workout will be held from noon on Saturday, 31 October, at Bicentennial Park in Chelsea. The registration deadline is 26 October.
The event is open to everyone and costs $20 per attendee. All proceeds are going to the Australian Red Cross.
