Flasher back in the saddle

POLICE have revealed that a cycling flasher has struck for the second time in a Dandenong reserve.
They say the incident on 7 February, in which the man of Indian appearance cycled past teenage girl, was the second time he had revealed himself.
Officers said the same man may have been involved in a similar incident at Robert Booth Reserve in January.
Police said the first incident happened about 11am on 7 January when a man, who was not wearing any pants, rode past a person in the park and exposed himself.
In the second incident, which took place about 2pm on 7 February, a man rode past a 17-year-old Keysborough girl, did a U-turn and rode towards her. She saw he was not wearing pants and he was touching himself.
The man involved in each incident is described as being of Indian appearance, skinny, aged between 25 and 35 with short dark hair parted in the middle.
He had a thick Indian sounding accent and a lumpy skin condition on his hands, arms and face.
Anyone with information about this incident is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
