RESIDENTS of Greater Dandenong are invited to a public forum on community safety and crime prevention.
The Drugs and Crime Prevention Committee will inquire, consider and report to Parliament of Victoria on local-based approaches to community safety, community engagement and crime prevention in Greater Dandenong.
The committee will consider local groups and organisations involved with community safety and crime prevention, the approaches they use and how they engage with local and state agencies.
The public forum will be held on Monday 30 May at noon at the Springvale Council Chambers, 397 Springvale Road, Springvale.
The public is encouraged to attend and questions will be taken from the floor.
