MANUFACTURERS from Greater Dandenong decked the halls of The Drum Theatre this week for a Christmas celebration.
The South East Melbourne Manufacturers’ Alliance (SEMMA) hosted its Christmas break-up at Dandenong’s iconic theatre in recognition of a successful year in manufacturing for the Greater Dandenong region.
Political big-guns including former opposition spokesman for manufacturing, Richard Dalla-Riva, Narre Warren north MP Luke Donnellan and Upper House member for the South Eastern Metropolitan Region, Gordon Rich-Phillips, showed their support by attending.
SEMMA executive officer Paul Dowling thanked the crowd and, in particular, SEMMA members, for their support of the unique network over the past 12 months.
SEMMA is the region’s peak manufacturing body and has enjoyed a year marked by its success in negotiating better Work Cover packages for its members.
